The registration categories below are divided in groups according to the World Bank list of economies. Alle participants from countries which are not classified as "high income country" should register in the category "low income country"

Possibility to do a Treasure Hunt by your own during or after the conference through Basel starting at the conference center
Possiblity to book a complimentary cocktail at the Physio Hub on Wednesday or Thursday evening
Possibility to attend the complimentary morning sports programme (limited spaces, please book well in advance)

Payment

QR - Invoice / Bank transfer

For participants residing in Switzerland, payment by QR invoice is also available. You will find the corresponding payment information on the 2nd page of your invoice.

Please take particular note of the payment terms and note, that all fees have to be settled prior to the beginning of the congress. Delayed payments will be subject to a surcharge of CHF 30.-.

Amendment and cancellation policy

Amendments
Amendments or the booking of additional offers is free of charge. Name changes are subject to an administrative fee of CHF 25.- and only possible prior to the cancellation of the preceding booking.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations the following terms and conditions are applicable:

Starting 24h after booking: CHF 30.-
Starting May 1st, 2024: 100% of the total amount

Double bookings or bookings, that are cancelled within 24h after the intial booking are free of charge.
