Letter of invitation for Visa application

Should you need a letter of invitation for your visa application procedure, please proceed as follows:

1. Register to the conference and pay the admission fee
2. When registered and paid send an E-Mail to registration@organizers.ch including your personal details: 
   - First and family name as stated in your passport
   - Your full addresse
   - Your date of birth
   - Your passport number
3. The letter of invitation will be issued by Organizers Switzerland Ltd. and sent to you or the embassy directly if required.
